Undiagnosed Skin Condition- Need Help #shorts #dermatologist

This girl is suffering from an undiagnosed skin condition since she is 13 years old. On seeing other videos on her channel, it seems to come on both sides of the face. This is the only video where she shows it actually appearing. When I first saw it, port-wine stain came to mind. But this skin rash apparently comes and goes. Don't have detailed history and it is very difficult to diagnose without proper information. Vascular urticaria? Factitious dermatitis? Sending lots of prayers and best wishes for the girl. There is still so much that medicine has not been able to solve and heal!
